Platforms and Servers

Once Human accounts are cross-platform. If you log in using the same account, you will gain access to your character, regardless of platform. However, cross-platform support is not available for some account types, such as Steam accounts, due to their inherent limitations. We will be adding more account options in the future.

Of course you can! All platforms have access to the same servers. Whether you log in through Loading Bay, Steam, or any other platform, you will be able to play with your friends so long as you are all on the same server.

Once Human has a season system. Each server only exists for a single season, and only has a single scenario. When your current server's season ends, you can move all resources and items to your personal domain at Eternaland. At launch, there are two scenarios: Manibus (PvE) and Evolution's Call (PvP).

Manibus (PvE) does not include any PvP content, allowing you to fight powerful monsters at your own pace. Evolution's Call (PvP) includes PvP content like Stronghold Conquest along with PvE. Rewards are the same in both scenarios.

No! You keep important resources like Blueprints, Cosmetics, Furniture Formulas, and Weapon Accessories. Common resources and items will be transferred to your personal domain, Eternaland, to maintain fairness.

System & Installation

At launch, the PC version is available in English, German, French, Japanese, Korean, and Traditional Chinese. We plan to add Russian and Spanish in September, and aim to support more languages in the future.

Once Human offers a high-quality audiovisual experience requiring storage for HD images, textures, and massive map files. As an MMO survival game, we render long viewing distances. We are continuously optimizing the game.

Try reducing the game's graphics settings (resolution, textures, rendering quality) in [ESC] → [Settings] → [Graphics] → [Performance]. If crashes persist, update your drivers, repair the client, or disconnect incompatible controllers like pedals/joysticks.

Due to ongoing technical adjustments, controllers and Steam Deck are not supported right at launch. Our team is actively working on bringing controller support as soon as possible, expected by August.

In-game Rewards & Other

You can obtain all weapons and gear for free. Additionally, you can unlock over 700 rewards exploring the 256 sq km world, including 400 weapons/accessories, 200 building modules, 100 armor types, and numerous cosmetics!

No, we are unable to re-send Redemption Codes.

You can report cheating or other violations on our official Discord server. Join the server, find the [Anti-cheat Bot] in the member list, and send a direct message with as much information as possible.
